At Harvest Right, we stand behind our home freeze dryers and accessories with a commitment to quality. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return your items within 30 days of delivery subject to our standard restocking fees.

Return Process

  Request Authorization

  Contact our customer support team to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number before shipping any products back to our facility.

• 2.
  Prepare the Unit

  Ensure the freeze dryer is thoroughly cleaned, dried, and securely packed in its original heavy-duty crate and packaging materials to prevent transit damage.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping labels and RMA documentation to the exterior of the package and drop it off at an authorized freight carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the unit for completeness and functionality, we will process your refund to the original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking costs.
